Cylinder

Is a cylindrical metal machine in which the piston is reciprocated in a straight line, and a pneumatic actuator for converting the pressure energy of the compressed gas into mechanical energy in the pneumatic transmission.

Consists of cylinder, end cap, piston, piston rod and seal components:

2, the end cap with inlet and exhaust ports, and some still have a buffer mechanism within the cover. The rod side end cap is provided with a sealing ring and a dust ring to prevent leakage from the piston rod and prevent the external dust from being mixed into the cylinder.

4, the piston rod is the most important force in the cylinder parts. Usually use high-carbon steel, the surface by hard chrome plating, or the use of stainless steel to prevent corrosion, and improve the wear resistance of the ring.
